Welcome to Jyra AI. By accessing or using our website at jyraai.in and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Jyra AI is an AI-powered astrology chat platform that provides users with automated astrology readings, horoscope predictions, Kundli analysis, birth chart interpretations, and related content generated by artificial intelligence models. The Service includes both free and premium tiers.

2. Eligibility & Paid Transactions

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the free features of the Service. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 must have parental or guardian supervision and consent.
• You must be at least 18 years old to make any financial transactions, including purchasing top-up credits or recurring subscriptions. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from purchasing credits.
• By creating an account or initiating a transaction, you represent that you meet these age requirements and the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

• You may use the Service as a guest (limited to 8 messages per 24 hours) or create an account for expanded access.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Usage Limits & Rate Limiting

• Guest Users: Limited to 8 messages per 24-hour period, tracked by IP address and device identifier.
• Free Tier Users: 10 daily chat messages, 1 daily kundali chart generation, 1 daily life navigator session, 1 daily profile mention, 1 max saved profile, and 7-day chat history.
• Go Plan Users: 35 daily chat messages, 5 daily kundali charts, 5 daily navigator sessions, 5 daily profile mentions, 3 saved profiles, and 30-day chat history.
• Pro Plan Users: 100 daily chat messages, 15 daily kundali charts, 15 daily navigator sessions, unlimited profile mentions, 10 saved profiles, and unlimited chat history storage.
• Token Usage: Features and AI astrologer consultations consume credits based on compute and model tier. When limits or credit balance are reached, users may upgrade or top up.

5. Subscription Plans & Pay-As-You-Go Credits

Jyra AI provides a dual-method monetization structure consisting of recurring subscriptions and manual pay-as-you-go credit top-ups:

• Automatic Recurring Subscriptions (Membership Plans):
  • Free Plan: Priced at ₹0/month. Grants foundational access to 10 daily chats, 1 daily Kundali, 1 profile, and 7-day history.
  • Jyra Go Plan: Introductory offer ₹49 for the 1st month (regular ₹99/month, or ₹799/year). Includes 2,000 monthly credits, 35 daily chats, 5 daily charts, 3 saved profiles, 30-day history, and priority AI processing.
  • Jyra Pro Plan: Introductory offer ₹299 for the 1st month (regular ₹499/month, or ₹3,999/year). Includes 10,000 monthly credits, 100 daily chats, 15 daily charts, 10 saved profiles, unlimited profile mentions, and full chat history storage.
  • Billing Cycle and Cancellation: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle via Razorpay. You can cancel your subscription at any time via Settings > Membership > Cancel Subscription. Cancellation stops subsequent renewals; your membership remains active with full benefits until the end of your current billing period.
• Pay-As-You-Go Top-Up Credits (Token Packs):
  • Standard Rate: Base rate equivalent to ₹1 for every 10 credits.
  • Packages: Users can purchase fixed non-recurring credit packages, including:
    • Starter Pack: ₹50 for 500 Credits.
    • Popular Pack: ₹200 for 2,100 Credits (includes 100 bonus credits).
    • Premium Pack: ₹500 for 5,500 Credits (includes 500 bonus credits).
    • Elite Pack: ₹1,000 for 11,500 Credits (includes 1,500 bonus credits).
    • Pro Pack: ₹2,000 for 24,000 Credits (includes 4,000 bonus credits).
    • Ultimate Pack: ₹4,000 for 50,000 Credits (includes 10,000 bonus credits).
  • Usage Rules: Top-up credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to bypass message limits, rate limiting, or other security measures.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the Service.
• Share, resell, or redistribute AI-generated responses commercially without permission.
• Submit content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or system prompts.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

This is critical — please read carefully:

• All astrology readings, horoscope predictions, and cosmic guidance provided by Jyra AI are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment, educational, and exploratory purposes only.
• AI-generated content does NOT constitute professional advice of any kind — including medical, legal, financial, psychological, or relationship advice.
• You should NOT make important life decisions based solely on AI-generated astrology readings.
• Jyra AI is NOT a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals, including professional astrologers.
• We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including its design, code, AI models, astrologer personas, and branding, is owned by Jyra AI and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You retain ownership of the content you submit (chat messages, birth details).
• By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your submitted content solely to provide the Service.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers:

• AI Models: Responses are generated via OpenRouter API using models from Google, OpenAI, and others.
• Authentication: Google Sign-In is available for account creation.
• Hosting: Render (backend) and Vercel (frontend).
• Security: Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

10. Payments & Billing

10.1 Subscription Plans

We offer the following recurring monthly subscription plans:

• Basic: ₹0/month (free)
• Pro: ₹499/month
• Elite: ₹999/month

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of signup and auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via Settings > Subscription > Cancel Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

10.2 Pay-As-You-Go Credits

We offer the following one-time credit top-up packages:

• Starter: ₹50
• Popular: ₹200
• Premium: ₹500
• Elite: ₹1,000
• Pro: ₹2,000
• Ultimate: ₹4,000

Base conversion rate: ₹1 = 10 credits. Credit purchases are non-refundable once processed. Credits do not expire and have no cash value.

10.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment gateway partner. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials on our servers. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount through the payment gateway.

10.4 Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us at support.jyra@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with your registered email address and transaction reference number.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Jyra AI is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or ₹0 if you are a free user).
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jyra AI, its creators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (liability, indemnification, disclaimers) will survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
